I joined Rag & Bone /JEAN team in its formative years — specializing in denim, casual wovens, and leather — and contributed to its rise as a key pillar of the brand. I supported the Design Director across all aspects of design, development, and production—gaining hands-on experience in denim wash development, fit engineering, and the full product development cycle. As the team evolved, I played an integral role in scaling the department—helping hire and guide new talent across Design, Product Development, and Technical Design. I worked closely with executive leadership to shape the design direction of the /JEAN collections, as well as runway denim pieces for both women and men.
