The Spring 2023 collection explored a controlled rebellion — anti-polished, with an emphasis on natural imperfections and authentic materiality. The collection carried a distinctly raw, undone, and nonchalant aesthetic, balancing utilitarian edge with soft organic references. Key pieces included super high-rise skinny drainpipes as a counter to the oversized denim trend, slouchy utilitarian silhouettes, intentional contrasts between distressed and clean denim, sleek spandex bodysuits with low backs, neon mix-media printed tops, and chunky cotton sweaters. The collection also incorporated eco-minded choices such as zero-bleach denim washes that mimic the look of traditional sun-bleached denim, hemp fabrics, and repurposed materials — blending conscious design and development into RE/DONE’s reinterpretation of timeless wardrobe classics.
